  • Employment letter China: Employment letter by China Company with all family members' descriptions mentioned. letter must be signed and stamped
  • China Resident's ID / WP: Residency & work permit copy of the resident in China
  • Work Introduction letter: KSA work introduction letter for SABIC, Aramco and Gov. Employees
  • CR Copy: Chinese company Commercial Registration
  • S1 Visa - Invitation letter form: Invitation letter form from China signed & stamped. Mentioning the stay duration of more than 180 days
  • Marriage Certificate: Chinese embassy attested Marriage Certificate for Spouse
  • Birth Certificate: Chinese embassy attested Birth Certificates for Kids
  • Handwritten Sponsor Letter (Within KSA): A letter personally written by the husband/father, stating his intention to take the family to China.
